Crying Figure

Completely enclosed, column-like sculpture of raw black clay with two tear drops running down the sides. Figure is capped by a handkerchief of stoneware coated in deep blue glaze. Hand-carved, one of a kind, this figure prefers solitude, doesn't mind being seen and will not hold flowers of any kind. Shell stays with artist (me) on the studio's windowsill.
